CLASS DESCRIPTIONS  
     
 

Boot Camp: 

Intervals of cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, and agility drills will create an easy to follow fast paced workout to blast away fat and sculpt lean muscles.
   

Cycle:  

A 45 minute smooth, intense cardiovascular/muscular endurance workout with no pounding on the joints.  Bikes are designed to allow each rider to control his or her own intensity level.

   

Cycle Hour

Add another 15 minutes for more of a challenge.
   

Pilates

Using Joseph Pilates mat techniques, this core-strengthening class focuses on abdominal and back muscles, helping to build longer and leaner muscle tome.
   

Power Hour:  

Intervals of cardio and strength training create a 45 minute total body workout.

   

Power Pump:  

A total boy strengthening class that challenges all major muscle groups by utilizing barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands.
   

Punch Out:  

This class combines elements of boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Benefit from strength, cardio, and core training exercises using heavy bags and focus mitts.
   

ROHLAA:  

(Rock, Oldies, Hip Hop, Latin for All Ages) the newest easy to follow dance fitness class will make your workout fun while working your upper & lower body and core.
   

Resist-a-Ball:  

This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance using large balls, bands, and hand weights.  Pilates and other core strengthening exercises will be included.
   

Yoga:  

Yoga helps create better strength and flexibility. Traditional yoga poses and stretches will enhance your overall well being while relieving stress.

   

Zumba:  

A fun and dynamic cardiovascular workout combining easy to follow dance steps with latin and international dance music.
